Edgar's Mission is a leading farm animal sanctuary in Australia. As a growing non-profit organisation they had a long list wish for a new website. Common Vision took a design-led, first principles approach that delivered the functionality along with a humanistic design that reflects their personality and engages their supporters.
Personality is important and design is how it's expressed. Brands understand this and use it effectively. An organisation with the goal to change the world should visually communicate.

To get the Edgar's Mission web presence a touch of personality and fun we teamed up with a top Illustrators to develop a set of animal illustrations for the website.

The all important backend. We developed a completely customised series of blocks which allow Edgar's Mission to be able to make major changes to almost all the pages without having to pay a developer.

The result was a custom designed advanced and highly flexible publishing platform with an 'own your data modal' that achieved all Edgar's Mission's key operations without third party fees.

In short Edgar's Mission new site is highly flexible so they can change and update almost every page internally which saves them money. They can accept donations with a range of very advanced options and provide those donors with additional content on their own site without additional fees.

They are able to create endless events with tickets and tour tickets with their own ticketing system at no cost per ticket. They are able to publish and update a full variety of content with no limits including a dedicated TV channel.

They have a full ecommerce system built into the site rather than having to redirect people out to another shop site keeping people on their main website at all times. All this saves Edgar's Mission numerous fees which add up and it means users have one seamless experience and one Edgar's Mission account that does everything in one place.

To top it off all this data is collected and integrated into Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud so they manage their donors in Salesforce and much more.

We had so many pain points to solve from donation management to tour bookings. In the end we now have a system that does everything.
